Busnissen is run by Piko Media Lans, a sole proprietorship in Sweden, approved for F-tax and registered for VAT, at Ekholmsvägen 46C, 589 25 Linköping. You reach us at nissen@busnissen.se.
The product
The elf's Christmas pack is digital content. You get it as a web page and PDFs. Nothing is sent by post. The purchase also includes The Christmas Dice Game, a dice game for the Christmas party that you play on a screen from your own page.
The game is a service on busnissen.se: you play it in your browser, and it stays available as long as the site exists, and always at least until 6 January after your purchase. You get the right to play it, not a copy of the program or its source code. The PDFs you received are yours to keep.
What is on your page can change over time: we correct and improve texts, pictures and functions, and add new things, such as more decorations and letters. Mostly something is added. The core of what you bought, the 24 antics with their cards and the game, stays, and changes never cost you anything. The PDFs you have already received do not change.
Price and payment
The price is 29 SEK including VAT. It is a single payment, handled by Stripe. There is no subscription.
Delivery
Delivery happens at once after payment, to the email address you gave. If the email does not arrive, check your junk folder and then write to us.
Right of withdrawal
When you buy at a distance you normally have 14 days to withdraw. For digital content delivered at once, that right ends when delivery starts, provided you have agreed to it. We ask for that agreement with a tick box before you pay.
If something is wrong
If you do not get what you paid for, write to us. We will put it right or refund you.
Use
The content is for you and your household. You may not sell it or publish it.
Safety
The antics are meant to be set up by an adult, and you decide yourself whether each one suits your home and your children. With small children, keep string, paper clips and other small things out of reach and never leave string stretched where someone can get caught in it or trip. Think of allergies when an antic includes something to eat. We are not liable for damage or injury that comes from how the antics are carried out.
Disputes
Swedish law applies. If we cannot agree, you can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), arn.se.
