Who is responsible
Piko Media Lans, is responsible for the personal data handled on Busnissen. Write to nissen@busnissen.se with any question about it.
What we store
When you buy, we store your email address, the language you chose and whether the order is paid. We never see your card details; Stripe handles the payment.
Why
We use the address to deliver what you bought and to help you if something goes wrong. We keep order records as long as accounting law requires.
Your page after the purchase has two questions you may answer or skip. If you answer, we keep the answer with the order: how you found us, and whether you said yes to the elf writing to you. If you said yes, we send one single email in December asking how the antics went, and then no more. If you change your mind, just reply to the email or write to us.
If you write your children’s and your elf’s names on your page, to make the letters personal, we keep them with the order. They are only used to write them on your cards and PDFs, are shown to nobody else, and are never sent to Stripe, Google or anyone else. Empty the fields and save, and they are gone.
Who else gets it
Stripe gets what is needed for the payment, and our email provider gets your address in order to send the delivery. We do not sell or share your data for advertising.
Cookies and statistics
The site sets no cookies of its own for visitors. If you say yes when asked, we use Google Analytics to count visits, so that we can see which pages are read and make the site better. Until you say yes, nothing from Google is loaded.
Google Analytics then gets which pages you look at, roughly where you are (country and town, not your address), what kind of device and browser you use, and that something happened: a door was printed, a PDF was downloaded, a purchase was started or completed. It does not get your email address, your name or what you paid with.
| Name | What | Needed? |
|---|---|---|
ga-consent (in your browser) | Remembers your answer about statistics | Yes |
motion-off (in your browser) | Remembers that you paused the animations | Yes, if you pause them |
busnissen-texter-… (in your browser) | The texts you write yourself on your cards and letters after buying, so they are there again on that computer. Never sent to us | Yes, if you write your own text |
julklappsleken, julklappsleken-prov (in your browser) | Keeps the names and the score of the gift game on that screen for the evening, so a reload does not lose them. Never sent to us; cleared after twelve hours | Yes, if you play |
_ga, _ga_* | Google Analytics, kept for up to two years | No, only if you say yes |
If you take your yes back, Google’s cookies are removed and nothing more is sent.
Your rights
